The current price list is valid at the time of the order. All the information supplied are subject to changes without advance notice. The payment is requested via Paypal before the order is dispatched. This insures a secure international transaction.

DELIVERY We deliver from Switzerland all over the world. For Swiss customers, the order will usually be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Outside Switzerland, the delivery can take up to 15 days depending on customs and the postal service in that country. The delivery is managed by the Swiss Post office which ensures a secure shipment of the goods. The delivery fees are set by the Swiss Post price list (depending on the weight, the size of the package and the destination). Delivery outside Switzerland can incur extra fees depending on the customs conditions of each country. The products are shipped in recyclable packaging.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES You have 10 days from receipt of your order to return any item. Items must be returned their original condition. Once we've received the items, we will refund the cost of those items within 15 days. In case of faulty items, please return the goods specifying on the form the defect observed. Once we've received the goods and acknowledged the defect, we will refund the delivery fees and full value of the product. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, the return cost is at your expense but we will send you the new size without any delivery charge. To benefit from this service, please indicate on the return form the size you'd like to order.
