Services subject to commission
Sales successfully concluded through the Marketplace platform are subject to a commission of 15% of the sales price. Commission is not calculated taking into account any costs other than the unit price of an article, such as delivery costs.
Services with a fixed rate (adverts)
Currently and for a trial period there is no specific rate for publishing adverts for offers involving individual articles and services on the Marketplace platform. These are therefore free of charge for now. If and when we decide to apply a standard rate for such adverts, you will be informed at least four weeks in advance and it will not affect adverts already published until five days after expiry of the notice period if they are still online. In order to access the functions available to highlight offers, such as inclusion on the home page or however in the foreground, forfeit rates will be applied and relative amounts will be published as soon as these features are introduced and effectively available. You may not raise or lower the price of an advertised article beyond the reference lowest and highest price range. For example, if your article is published in the 20 to 50 euro price range, you cannot set the price at EUR 19.99 or lower or at EUR 50.01 or above as long as it is online.
Billing procedure
The amounts due to Marketplace according to this price list will be billed for the month in which the fact for which such amount is due occurs and commissions will be billed by the end of the month in which buyer settles payment. Invoices will be issued for the credits matured the previous month according to this calculation on the first day of the following month and sent to you in PDF format via email. Details are available in the specific item of your user profile. In the event that the amounts due for any given month do not exceed 5 euros, you will be billed for the amounts due in such month together with the amounts due the next or subsequent months when an overall amount of 5 euros is effectively exceeded. An invoice will be issued on the first day of the month after latter event effectively occurs. You may however contact customer services in the event that you require an invoice immediately for tax purposes or other particular reasons or at other times and relative amounts will be duly charged. In the event that the amounts due according to an invoice exceed those effectively due when charges are broken down when a buyer returns goods or errors are corrected, you will have a credit to the relative amounts and this will be taken into consideration in subsequent invoices or refunded in the event you end business relations with Marketplace and are in credit.
