Consumers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right to cancel, without being required to provide a reason or pay a penalty, with the exception of the return shipping costs. This period begins from the day on which the consumer or third party other than the carrier and designated by the consumer takes physical possession of the order.

The consumer shall inform JBP CREATIONS Company of their decision to cancel before the end of the 14 day period, preferably via email sent to hello@lesultraviolettes.com.

To do this, they may use the Cancellation Form sent on request, or simply send a clearly worded statement explaining their decision to cancel the order.

JBP CREATIONS Company will confirm receipt of the cancellation by email as soon as possible.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for the purchaser to send their notification regarding the exercise of their right to cancel before the end of the cancellation period.

The burden of proof concerning the exercise of the right to cancel lies with the consumer.

Consumers undertake to return the items within a period of 14 days following notification of this decision to cancel. The items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, labelled, new, unworn and unwashed, and in accordance with the conditions set forth in CLAUSE 11.

The purchaser will pay the direct costs of returning the goods.

JBP CREATIONS Company will process the refund after receiving the items concerned, or once the consumer has provided proof of shipment of the items (parcel deposit slip from the post office), within 14 days of whichever date is earlier.

JBP CREATIONS Company will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising from the fact of the purchaser choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered on http://www.lesultraviolettes.com).

The refund shall be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly consents to another payment method without incurring costs to the consumer.
