Right of cancellation

Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without having to explain why.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which the goods were received by you or a third party specified by you who is not the carrier.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Baby KingKong GmbH, Anglerstr. 19a, 80339 München, Germany; email: widerruf@nyani.de; fax: +49 (0)89 15 89 3471) clearly in writing (i.e. by post, email or fax) of your decision to cancel the contract. You may if you choose use our standard cancellation form, but this is not compulsory.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, notification must be dispatched before the end of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we are to reimburse you all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen to use a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery which we offered you) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. Unless explicitly agreed with you otherwise, we shall use the same method of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have verified to us that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of the contract. In order to comply with this period, the goods must be dispatched within this fourteen-day period. We shall pay the costs of the goods’ return. You need only compensate us for any diminished value of the goods if this reduction in value is due to their having been handled in any way not necessary in order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
