.You have the right to terminate the contract with Louise Boréal, without penalty, within 7 days.
.To cancel, please contact us ans tel us details of the products you wish to return and the reason for the return. After returning concluded between Louise Boréal, we invite you to send us at your expense, the goods concerned.
.The product must have been neither worn, not worn, altered or washed, or damaged.
.Rendered products must be returned within 7 (seven) days from the date you received them.
.In this case, the money will be refunded in minimum time and in any case within thirty business days.

.L'acheteur dispose d'un délai de 7 jours pour se rétracter, conformément à la l'article L121-20 du Code de la consommation.
.Nous vous invitons à nous envoyer un message en nous indiquant les détails des produits que vous souhaitez retourner ainsi que la raison. Une fois le retour conclu, nous vous invitons à nous renvoyer à vos frais, la marchandise souhaitée.
.Le produit ne doit avoir été ni porté, ni abîmé et sans signe de détérioration.
.Le produit rendu doit être renvoyés dans les 7 jours suivant la réception de votre colis.
.Dans ce cas, nous vous remboursement dans un délais de 30 jours maximum.
.Si les modalités n'étaient pas respectées, vous ne pourrez pas bénéficier d'un remboursement. Cependant, à vos frais, vous pourrez obtenir vos produits dans l’état dans lequel ils nous ont été restitués. Sans demande de votre part Louise boréal pourra retenir les produits ainsi que les sommes déjà payées pour leur acquisition.
