THE FAIRYTALE: Pinocchio

Pinocchio was carved by a woodcarver named Geppetto.He was created as a wooden puppet but dreamed of becoming a real boy.
But we know that the love of Geppetto was the thing that transformed the lifeless wood into a boy and with the same love we embroidered the fairytale on the baby sheet, baby blanket and baby towels to caress your child..

To make it:
I have cut stripes to the dimensions 0,90 cm that are ready to be captured on carbon paper at any time.

I choose the fairytale I want to depict and I start reading it, searching for images in books, magazines and online until I am satisfied with the material to synthesize the representation of the fairytale. When I reach to a decision, I imprint the design to a rice paper and then I use a carbon paper to mark the design on the textile. I choose the threads depending on the mood but I also stay faithful to the original colors of each fairytale.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE:
Machine washable at 40o
Iron it while still moist. Do not iron directly on embroidered area.
