Bank drafts always take around 5 business days to clear before order prep begins (credit / debit card payments arrive in real time). NON PAYPAL: If you do not want or do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal via credit card or bank account. To do so: •Complete your Etsy checkout by clicking "Commit to Buy" button •Click the large green "Pay Now" button on your Etsy invoice •Click the "continue" link next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" (left hand side of the PayPal payment screen) •Enter your credit card or bank account information and proceed to checkout Hungarian and EU member country customers can contact me for local payment methods. Shipping is made upon receipt of payment.

Shipping INTERNATIONAL CUSTUMERS I ship registered and priority! It takes 10 - 15 working days .....the parcel will arrive in your town all over the world. Then it depends on your post service when it will arrive at your door. The parcel will be shipped in strong paper box. I send the shipment by insured mail. If the package is damaged en route, or the specified delivery arrives after deadline that is the shipping company's responsibility. I will share with my buyers the accompanying document number, therefore package can be monitored in the way.. II. The other option is FedEx. They are very fast, they guarantee 3-5 business day delivery. If you choose this option I WILL NEED YOUR PHONE NUMBER within the Mimamai form or e-mail. FedEx will attempt the delivery only once, they will make sure you are able to receive the package though. If I don't have your phone number within one business day I will choose option no. 1 for you and mail your package by registered mail.

Refunds and Exchanges Please note that the contractual language is Hungarian. This translation is for your information only and has no legal value. You may return your purchase unused and in its original packaging within 14 days upon receipt, provided you contact me about your intention within these 14 days. If the original packaging was damaged or you do not have it anymore, please provide a suitable packaging for adequate protection against damage in transit. The refund includes the original shipping cost as well as the value of the item. Your money will be refunded using the same payment method that was used at the original transaction. For returns, please obtain proof of posting when returning the item(s). You have to pay the return shipping cost. The cost of the return shipping is non-refundable. The refund right does not apply to products that were specifically made upon request from the buyer and that differ from the original listing, such as custom orders and products that were not pre-made. Items cannot be refunded in the event of exceeding the 14 day return policy. Reclamation rights: If you receive a damaged product, the product is lost on the way, or the product has any mistake which is my fault, I have the right to choose if I want to repair, replace or refund the product. Only if repairing or replacing the item fails twice you have the specific right for a refund.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICIES We love custom orders! This is why we have custom listing for a standard item designs listed in our Shop. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Custom order are processed after the paymant has been received! Before shipping we will email you a few pictures of the quilt/pillow... so you can see how it looks. In case you are not 100% satisfied with the item we will cange your order and make you a new item for no extra fee. Custom items are final and non refundable / returnable and we do not accept cancellations on custom orders! WHOLESALE I accept wholesale orders of 10 items or more, please contact me for more information. QUILT CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Cleaning: I recommend hand wash in warm water. Machine wash, use cold water (30 degrees) , a gentle detergent and the shortest, delicate cycle. Don't tumble dry !!! Please note that the contractual language is Hungarian.
