All our dresses are produced in a small sewing house based in the heart of Vilnius, a family business established more than 20 years ago. We love working with someone we fully trust even on the slightest most complicated details. All our products are thoroughly hand-made and all the parties involved in the production processes are fairly rewarded. Our orders are shipped with the registered Lithuanian priority post or using DHL services. The addressee of every shipped order is provided with with a tracking number. All orders shipped with Lithuanian priority post will reach their destination within 5-7 working days after being shipped and all DHL deliveries will be conducted within 3-5 working days. Son de Flor commits to ship an order that is in stock within 1-2 working days. However most of our dresses are not in stock, thus before making any order - please contact us to know all the details. It might take us up to 3-4 weeks to produce, prepare and ship a custom order. Son de Flor ships to the address indicated on your Mimamai order. Please send us the correct address included the post code and the telephone number. We can not be held responsible for any shipping delays once a package has been shipped. Son de Flor is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We do not take responsibility for lost packages.
 International parcels are "lost", when 2 months have passed from shipping date. We don´t refund shipping fees. Son de Flor is not responsible for the fees of customs and/or import duties once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately Son de Flor has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

We want you to love your Son de Flor garment, however If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days after receiving it for exchange (we will offer you different size or other item, which is suitable for you) or refund. The goods have to be undamaged and unused though. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Custom and special orders can not be exhanged or refunded unless mistake was made by our fault. If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival or we sent you incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund (we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges). Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@sondeflor.com or contact us on Mimamai.org platform for return instructions. Please include your order # and item you are returning. For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped with Recorded Delivery (and it has a tracking number). Son de Flor is not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.
