Camila Camomila ships from Portugal worldwide. Depending on the destination, the estimated delivery may vary between 2 to 10 days. Shipping charges vary according to final destinations. Please check at the checkout. Destinations subjected to customs duties, same are client’s responsability. All  the orders are sent by registered mail and you may check the delivery status on website www.ctt.pt. We make everything possible to deliver your order on time, however we cannot take any responsibility for delays that are not directly related to us.

We accept exchanges and return until 15 days starting from the date you receive your order. Please email us at camila@camilacamomila.pt. The items should be returned in the same conditions as received, unworn, with the original package and label on. We suggest you send your returns/exchanges by registered mail. We do not take responsibility by lost parcels or damaged in transit. The shipping cost for the returns/exchanges is client’s responsibility. This cost may be returned should the item present a production defect. Regarding Bespoke items, we will not accept returns or cancellations. In case you are not happy with your order, please email us and we will do our best to solve the situation.All the refunds will be done on the same way of payment, after all the returns are verified.
