The postage costs for return of items are to be borne by the Customer. The reimbursement of funds will occur via bankcard transaction on the same bancard that was used for the original payment.
In the case of a complete reimbursement purchase order for which the goods have not been posted, the total price debited to the Customer shall be reimbursed including shipping charges.
In the case of a partial reimbursement purchase order for which the goods have not been posted, only the price of the returned article will be reimbursed to the Customer.
In the case of an exchange, the Customer shall be liable for the new shipping costs.
