The Millie dress is one of POPPY's favourites, it has a delicate little collar and can be worn alone or with one of our little Molly shirts and 100% cotton cardigans. We like Poppy girls to get as much wear out of their favourite Poppy dresses as possible so we have designed the Millie dress with plenty of room around the waist and with a little sash at the back that allows the dress to be pulled or loosened.
