*A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have given. This email will confirm the products ordered, payment method, cost and the usual delivery time. * It is up to you to check that all details are correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if they are not, or you would like to change something. * We must receive payment before we will confirm and send your order. * All taxes for items sent overseas must be paid by the buyer. If you change you mind and want to cancel or make changes, that is fine if we haven't sent the goods already. Please note that if the goods have been sent you will have to follow the returns procedure shown below.

* The delivery date given is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address you gave, and we will send spilt deliveries at no extra charge to yourself. * We aim to post your order within 2 working days of receipt of order. UK STANDARD DELIVERY This usually takes between 1-3 days and will be sent via the Royal Mail. 0.95 NEXT DAY UK DELIVERIES If the order is placed before 1pm we can send the shipment by next day delivery via the Royal Mail. Any orders received after 1pm will be sent the following day. £6.00 EUROPE DELIVERIES All shipments to the EU & Eire will be sent by the international signed for service via the Royal Mail £8.00 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES All shipments to the rest of the world will be sent by the international signed for service via the Royal Mail. £10.00

You can return or exchange an item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. The item(s) must not have been worn and should still have all their tags on them. For your peace of mind we recommend you send the returns by recorded delivery. Please follow the guide below: RETURNS 1) Fill in the returns form and put it into the parcel. 2) Make sure the goods are unworn and the tags are still attached. 3) Stick the returns address to the parcel (this can be found at the end of the returns form). 4) For peace of mind, we recommend sending the parcel by recorded delivery. EXCHANGES 1)To avoid disappointment, if you are changing an item for one of a different size, we recommend you email or call us, so that we can confirm that we have your size in stock. Whilst we try to show the colours & garments as accurately as possible, due to inconsistencies of various display monitors, you may find the colour of the garment you have ordered isn't exactly what you have seen on your screen.
