The dispatch is from the settlement of your order. I ship your orders as soon as possible, I know that most of you are very impatient after making the purchase! For shipments outside metropolitan France, sending is done with a tracking number. For shipments to mainland France, sending is done by priority mail without tracking. Contact me if you want a tracking number.

Vous changez d'avis ? Vous avez jusqu'à 15 jours calendaires à partir de la date d'achat. Les frais de port de retour sont à votre charge. Un remboursement vous est alors proposé. Le produit à un soucis ? Je mets beaucoup d'attention et de soin à la confection de chaque produit.... Et je suis désolée si le cas vient à se produire. Avant tout retour, envoyez moi impérativement un mail pour en discuter. Je vous propose alors un échange ou un remboursement.
