I accept PayPal and credit card payments. Custom Orders: I begin to work on a custom order following payment.

All orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days, depending on the quantity and type of items. Usually all ready to ship items are shipped within 2 days. All made to order items are shipped within 7 days. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. Please refer to the tracking info for updates on the items location. Delivery time estimations : - 10/12 days to: Australia and New Zealand. - 9/10 days to: USA, Canada, Asian countries, South Africa and eastern Europe. - 3/4 days to most European countries. - 1/2 days to Italy. The delivery time is provided for REFERENCE ONLY and is based on my own experience. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons. The customer is responsible for any customs fees payable.

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and an exchange or refund can be arranged. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is also responsible for any return shipping costs, unless an obvious error was made by myself. Items must be also returned in the condition they were received. Once the items is returned I will then process the refund.
