The items you buy will be shipped after receiving the payment and the time needed to complete your order. It may take 2 - 3 weeks depending on the number of orders that I have. All the information with the shipping date you will receive by e-mail. The item will be shipped by Deutsche Post as a registered letter. I will send you a separate e-mail with all the shipping information. I will use the adress from your mimamai receipt, so if you want that the package was shipped to the other address, please let me know. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TARIFFS AND TAXES are not included in the shipping rate or item price. I am not responsible for these additional charges, it's your responsibility. Custom orders are not refundable.

I will do my best you to be happy with the item you are buying. Please make sure, that you have chosen the right size. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask before ordering, I will try to do my best to explain everything by e-mail. If you are not sattisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have a right to return it. Please let me know by e-mail in 3 days after receiving the item. The item must be shipped in 14 days after receiving it. I will give you the address in th e-mail. The item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition. The money will be returned in 3 days after I receive back the item. The shipping costs are not refundable. The item should be returned at your own expenses. Please note: for your own safety, I strongly recommend you to return your goods to me by a registered mail.
